Luca Abronzino S.r.l. is an industrial systems integrator specializing in the design and manufacture of process plants for aggregate handling, mechanical engineering solutions and components for railway infrastructure. The company operates from its 11,000 m² production facility in Marcellinara, where it manages the entire manufacturing cycle in-house, from CAD engineering and technical design to laser and plasma cutting, sheet metal forming, welding, machining, finishing and final testing.

This comprehensive expertise enables the firm to deliver stationary and semi-mobile plants for crushing, screening, washing, mixing, conveying, feeding and material storage, as well as process solutions for the cement industry and the manufacture and refurbishment of railway components. Its production capabilities are supported by equipment designed to handle large-scale components and complete plants, a workforce primarily dedicated to shop-floor operations, and industry-specific qualifications for highly regulated sectors, including EN 15085-2 for railway welding, EN 1090-1 up to execution class EXC3, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

In addition to its made-to-order manufacturing activities, the company holds exclusive distribution rights in Italy for the Vertex and Gertex product ranges, extending its portfolio with complementary machinery and complete plant solutions, supported by in-house sizing, installation, maintenance and field service.

This integrated industrial model brings together process expertise, manufacturing capability, international technologies and local after-sales support within a single organization.
