Derek Millar

Derek Millar is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles within the talent acquisition sector. Currently serving as the Interim Global Head of Talent at LucaNet since January 2023, Derek also holds the position of Talent Director at Talent Point, focusing on building talent acquisition functions for purpose-driven organizations since August 2018. Additionally, Derek has provided talent acquisition expertise at Opensignal and Shawbrook Bank since 2022, and has held multiple project-based specialist roles through Talent Point with companies such as Cazoo, Ometria, and Faculty from 2020 to 2022. Derek obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Glasgow Caledonian University, completing the degree in 2013.
