Makar Stetsenko is a seasoned technology professional with significant experience in engineering and management roles across various leading companies. Currently serving as Technical Advisor to the CEO at Luce since June 2022, Makar collaborates closely with the engineering team to shape technical strategy and recruitment. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Coinhako from May 2023 to November 2024, Makar oversaw teams specializing in payments, compliance, and blockchain infrastructure. At Prisma, Makar led a distributed team responsible for core cloud infrastructure and facilitated the successful public launch of their commercial offering. Makar's extensive background includes a tenure as Head of Engineering at Silicon Valley Insight, where leadership of cross-functional teams for Fortune 500 clients was pivotal. Makar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Higher School of Economics and has also attended Stanford University.
