Peter Gross

Chief Technology Officer at Lucent Bio

Peter Gross has a long and varied work experience in the field of oceanography. Peter began their career in 2008 as Senior Product Manager at Marport Canada, where they worked on MASB (Multi Angle Swath Bathymetry) 3D sonar systems. In 2009, they became Director of Research and Development at AquaCoustic Remote Technologies. In 2011, they became President of NPrime Acoustics. From 2012 to 2013, they were Senior Oceanographic Engineer at Haida Salmon Restoration Corporation. During this time, they also served as a Television Science Host for the Discovery Channel. In 2014, they began a number of positions. Peter was Chief Technology Officer at Lucent BioSciences, Inc., Co-Founder of the Ocean Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action (NAMA) Network, and Director of Oceanographic Technology at Oceaneos Marine Research Foundation. Peter also became Chief Science Officer and Senior Systems Engineer at Aquatica Submarines Inc. In 2015, they became President and Co-Founder of Integer Kinetics Inc.

Peter Gross attended Queen's University twice, though no degree or field of study is specified.
