With a background as a high school chemistry teacher, Roger discovered a passion for innovation and environmental preservation. Under Roger's leadership, Lucent Globe achieved remarkable growth of 5900% within two years and received the Gold Coast Business Awards in the Mayors Innovation category. Roger holds dual Bachelor's degrees in International Business and Education with a focus on Chemistry from Griffith University.
