Alyssa Hunter

Alyssa Hunter currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Lucent Health, beginning in June 2024. Prior to this role, Alyssa was the Human Resources Director at Energybox from March 2023 to June 2024 and worked at Amazon as a Client Lead Recruiter from December 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading hiring efforts, developing diversity strategies, and managing candidate relationships. Alyssa also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Groups360 between February 2020 and December 2021, focusing on HR initiatives and performance reviews. Previously, at SmileDirectClub, Alyssa served both as a People & Talent Acquisition Program Manager and as a Talent Acquisition Manager from October 2017 to February 2020, enhancing talent operations and mentoring the recruitment team. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky.
