Tom Leu is a seasoned finance executive with extensive hands-on experience in financial and operational management within start-ups and mid-size organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Revenue Cycle at Lucent Health, Tom previously held the position of CFO at Exceedent, where they developed all financial policies and oversaw a $6M budget. Tom also served as VP of Healthcare Operations at Bright Health, managing a $4M budget and leading a team to operationalize new lines of business. With a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, they demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
