With deep expertise in venture capital and alternative investments, I work with emerging and established firms, as well as family offices, to navigate the complexities of fund administration, compliance, and investor relations to ensure seamless operational efficiency.

What I Focus On:
✅ Fund Operations & Legal Closings – Managing the end-to-end process for fund formations, closings, filings, and compliance with agreements and side letters.
✅ Fund Administration & Compliance – Ensuring regulatory adherence and best-in-class operational processes.
✅ Investor Relations – Enhancing LP communications, reporting, and engagement to strengthen investor confidence.
✅ Scalable Infrastructure – Implementing systems and workflows that optimize fund efficiency at every stage.
