Matt Barada has extensive work experience in the IT field. Matt is currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Lucet, formerly known as New Directions + Tridiuum, starting in October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at New Directions Behavioral Health as the Manager of IT Systems Engineering & Administration, as well as a Senior System Engineer, from February 2018 onwards.
Before joining New Directions, Matt was the Lead Network Engineer - Unified Communications at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City from November 2009 to June 2017. Matt also served as a Senior Consultant at All Covered from March 2005 to November 2009.
Furthermore, Matt gained experience as a Help Desk Administrator at KV Pharmaceutical from July 2003 to March 2005 and as a Consultant at Am-Tech from June 1999 to July 2003. Matt began their career as a Network Administrator at NELLCOR PURITAN BENNETT from March 1996 to June 1999.
Matt Barada attended St. Louis Community College from 2002 to 2003. Matt did not obtain a degree or specialize in a particular field of study during that time. In 2019, they obtained an ITIL® Foundations - IT Service Management 4 certification from Centriq Training. Matt also obtained a Microsoft MCSE 2003 certification from Microsoft, although the specific year is unknown.
