Todd Stuart

Todd Stuart has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in data science, management, engineering, IT development, and architecture. Todd served as the Sr. Director of Data Science/Management/Engineering at Lucet since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of IT at New Directions Behavioral Health from 2015 to 2018 and as the Director of IT Development/Architect from 2010 to 2015. Todd also had their own company, KevinTodd Productions, where they served as the Principal/CTO from 2005 to 2015. Todd worked as a consultant at Quest Online from 2009 to 2010 and as a contractor at American Angus Association from 2008 to 2009. Todd has also worked as an independent contractor at 500lb Marketing Solutions in 2008, as an architect/PM at Nielsen Music Control from 2005 to 2008, as a senior developer/architect at Ingenix from 1998 to 2005, as a developer at Geoaccess from 1998 to 2004, and as a developer at 21st Century Solutions in 1997.

Todd Stuart has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from Missouri Western State University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Todd also holds an Associate's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hutchinson Community College, completed in 1989. Todd further pursued a Master of Science degree in Data Science/Analytics from Western Governors University, completed between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they have taken various certification courses, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in 2019 and Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate from Oracle in 2018. Todd is currently a member of the Missouri State Advisory Board and recently obtained the SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake in 2021. Todd also has certifications in Agile Meets Design Thinking, SAS programming, and statistical business analysis from SAS.
