By doing this, we not only reduce challenging behaviours but also provide an opportunity for individuals to learn alternative socially accepted behaviours in an ethical and least restrictive manner. We create individualised support plans through person-centred meetings and comprehensive behavioural assessments, considering the individual's wishes.  We believe that by involving them in their choices, they are more likely to learn and develop.
