Ellen Thompson

Ellen Thompson, CPTD, currently serves as the Director of Learning, Development, and Inclusion at Lucid Software, a role held since June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing continual development programming and specialized training to enhance employee capabilities. Prior to this, Ellen held various positions at Pluralsight from August 2015 to June 2019, including Leadership Enablement Manager and Special Projects Leader, and worked at the Acton School of Business from July 2012 to July 2015 as a Student & Admissions Coordinator and Office Administrative Assistant. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2014.
