Eric Richter

Eric Richter is an experienced professional in the fields of technical account management, product support, and user experience design. Currently serving as an Associated Technical Account Consultant at Lucid Software since August 2019, Eric has held various roles, including Associate Manager for International Technical Product Support and Sr. International Product Support Specialist, contributing to the success of widely used visual productivity applications like Lucidchart and Lucidpress.
