Hayley Gregory has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Lucid since October 2019, after previously holding the position of Customer Success Manager for EMEA - SMB / Corporate. Prior to Lucid, Hayley worked at Customer Radar from March 2018 to June 2019 as an Account Manager and Customer Success Champion. Earlier roles include Customer Service Representative at First Flight Forwarders Ltd and Molton Brown, and office administration positions at ONE CLAIMS LTD and Insight Associates. Hayley began a career in retail as a Sales Assistant at The Fragrance Shop, following completion of GCSEs at Hertfordshire and Essex High School.
