Kat Judd is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Lucid Software, where they take pride in empowering employees by providing them with the necessary tools to excel in their work. With a decade of experience as a management side employment law attorney, Kat has focused on preventative advice, workplace investigations, and employment law training. They previously held roles at Clyde Snow & Sessions as a shareholder and director, and they received recognition as Young Alumna of the Year in 2016. Kat holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of Utah. In their leisure time, Kat enjoys reading fiction, attending the Sundance Film Festival, and spending time with their family.
