Kristy Smith is currently the Senior Manager, Commercial Counsel at Lucid Software. Prior to this role, Kristy served as Principal, Legal Counsel at SAS from 2011 to 2025 and worked as an Attorney at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP from 2008 to 2011, where they focused on commercial litigation.
