Matt Murphy has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Lucid Software since November 2021, following roles as Principal Customer Success Manager and Sr. Customer Success Manager - Enterprise. Prior to Lucid Software, Matt worked at Clearlink from December 2015 to November 2021 in positions such as Technical Project Manager and Account Manager. Earlier career experiences include working as an Advertising Account Coordinator at The Summit Group, with key accounts including Subway Restaurants, Extra Space Storage, and Sony Mobile. Additional roles include Co-Coordinator at The Chill Foundation, Sales Account Executive at Schneider Logistics, Part Time Seasonal Sales Associate at Burton Snowboards, and Demo Representative for Midwest Represent - Burton Snowboards. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 2007 and 2011.
