Richard Goodhead has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Richard started their career at Rolls-Royce as an Undergraduate trainee and grew to become a Senior Vice President of Marketing, overseeing strategic decision-making and contributing to the company's market share growth. Richard also held various roles within Rolls-Royce, including Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Market Assessment, Strategy Executive, Head of Marketing, Sales & Marketing Manager in Seattle, Product Marketing Manager, Aircraft Performance Engineer, and Development Engineer. After leaving Rolls-Royce, they founded and worked as a Consultant at Talisman Energy International, providing consultancy services to sustainable businesses. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Lucideon. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated a passion for sustainability and driving business growth in climate technology and carbon-neutral energy sectors.
Richard Goodhead earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (specializing in aircraft aerodynamics and turbomachinery) from the University of Cambridge in 1994. In 2010, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration from The Open University Business School. Additionally, Richard holds a Private Pilot's License from CAA International (UK CAA) and is recognized as a Chartered Engineer by the Engineering Council. Richard is also a Full Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and a Member of the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
