David Phillips

David Phillips is a seasoned professional in the media and entertainment technology sector with extensive experience in engineering and architecture roles. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer and Infrastructure Lead at LucidLink since February 2022, David previously held the position of Principal Architect for Media & Entertainment Solutions at Cloudian Inc from February 2018 to February 2022. Prior experience includes managerial and principal engineering roles at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, overseeing engineering support for prominent late-night shows, as well as serving as an Application Engineer at Rohde & Schwarz DVS. David spent a decade as the Director of Post-Production at The Criterion Collection, managing film restoration and high-performance storage systems. David began a career in the media industry as an independent contractor, providing video editing and motion graphics services to various clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. David holds a BA in Studio Art and English from Washington and Lee University.
