Peter Thompson

Peter Thompson is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in technology and business expansion across Asia and the Americas. As the cofounder and CEO of LucidLink since January 2016, Peter has been instrumental in delivering a cloud-backed distributed file service. Previously, as Vice President of Emerging and Developing Markets at DataCore Software, Peter played a key role in expanding operations into high-growth areas, particularly China. Peter’s career includes consulting on business strategies in Japan and Asia, as well as leadership roles at DataCore Japan. Peter holds a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University and a B.A. in International Management, Psychology, and Japanese from Gustavus Adolphus College.
