Eric Hathaway

Eric Hathaway is an accomplished Organizational Efficiency & Transformation Leader with over two decades of experience in executive operations. Currently serving as the Fractional Executive Director at NextGen Interns, they focus on developing partnerships with global universities. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Entrelliance, they led community development initiatives and scaled partnerships with accelerators. Their roles have included Director positions at T-Mobile and Microsoft, where they facilitated significant transformations and launched global platforms.
