Matt Roca

Matt Roca has a strong background in IT and operations with over 20 years of experience. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Concentra Corporation. In 1999, they briefly served as an Exchange Administrator at Genrad. In 2000, they became the Manager of Information Technology at Globalearn. In 2001, they held the roles of Manager of Information Services at ActiveCyte, Inc. and Manager of Enterprise Systems at PeopleCube. From 2001 to 2009, they worked as the Manager of Engineering Infrastructure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Manager of IT and later as the Director of Operations and Managed Services at Attivio. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Site Reliability and Director of Cloud Governance & Security at Lucidworks since 2020.
