Asdis Eir Simonardottir

Asdis Eir Simonardottir is currently the VP of People and Culture at Lucinity. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Mannauður from February 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at Orkuveita Reykjavíkur // Reykjavik Energy from February 2016 to October 2021. In their role as Business Partner, they were responsible for analyzing trends and metrics, developing solutions, programs and policies, and delivering value-added service to management and employees. Asdis was also responsible for employee experience and training & development initiatives.
