From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Luck Stone Corporation as a Computer Engineer, where they focused on designing and troubleshooting electrical systems for construction projects. Ryan then transitioned to the role of a Web Application Developer from 2008 to 2010, where they designed and implemented user interfaces for internet and intranet applications. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2011, they served as an Innovation Technology Specialist at Luck Stone Corporation, where they developed and piloted web-based programs to support strategic initiatives. From 2011 to 2013, they became an Innovation Partner at the same company, leading and managing innovation efforts. In 2013, Ryan E. joined Luck Companies as a Business Integration Manager, responsible for leading the information technology strategy and activities for specific business units. In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Information Technology, and in 2018, they advanced to their current position as Vice President of Information Technology at Luck Companies.
