Lück & Partner is a consulting company founded in the early 90s with a focus on corporate development. Corporate development has many facets, but our credo is that the central value drivers of every company are its employees. This human capital represents the intrinsic and thus actual value of a company. If this is so, the topic "human capital" or "talent pool" as the most important asset of a company is of central importance. We see the identification, recruitment and onboarding of qualified employees as a central "recruitment marketing" task, which can only be accomplished today with digital systems and state-of-the-art forms of (inbound) marketing. An employee-centric implementation of strategic visions according to the principle of "value creation through appreciation" is the most important guarantor of the company's success for us.
