Simon Smith

Simon Smith has extensive experience in the beverage industry, holding various managerial and technical roles across multiple leading companies. At Coors Brewers, Simon served as Largepack Operations Support Manager and Largepack Shift Manager from 2003 to 2006. Simon then progressed to Molson Coors Beverage Company, where, from September 2022, responsibilities included Head of R&D and Innovation and R&D Brewing Process Innovation Manager. Simon's tenure at Molson Coors (UK) Ltd from January 2014 to August 2017 involved serving as Technical Brewer Lead for the Burton Brewery Masterplan and Technical Brewer, focusing on brewing trials and contract brewing management with Heineken. Prior experience includes positions at PepsiCo, where Simon was Front Line Manager, and Carlsberg-Tetley, as a Production Apprentice and Process Improvement Team Member. Currently, Simon serves as Head of Brewing at Lucky Saint | B Corp™ since June 2025. Simon holds a Master Brewer qualification from IBD and a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Brunel University.
