Gemma Tedó is the Innovation Group Director at Lucta, where they lead initiatives in animal nutrition and feed additives innovation. They previously held various roles at Lucta, including R&D Manager in Swine and Feed Additives Innovation Deployment Manager EMEA, and gained early experience as a Product Manager & Veterinarian at Tegasa. Gemma earned a PhD in Animal Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has continued their academic involvement as a visiting scholar at institutions such as UC Davis and Utah State University. Currently, they serve as a board member for Feeling Innovation by Stanpa.
