Jorge Castrillon

Jorge Castrillon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and strategic planning within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager and Country Manager for Lucta since December 2021, Jorge has previously held prominent positions including Vice President of Strategic Global Accounts for Synergy Flavors and Vice President of Sales for Innova Flavors. Jorge's career spans various leadership roles, including Sales & Business Development Director at both Kerry Americas and Griffith Laboratories, as well as Key Account Manager at Firmenich. Early career experiences include serving as Director for Latin America North at The NutraSweet Company and Technical & Sales Representative at Monsanto. Jorge holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a degree in Agro Industrial Production from Universidad de La Sabana.
