Marcela Castro

Marcela Castro is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. At Lucta since April 2013, Marcela has held the positions of Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager. Previous roles include Talent Delivery Resourcing Coordinator for Latin America at Diageo NA from August 2010 to February 2011, and Human Development Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Blockbuster from April 2006 to October 2009. Earlier in the career, Marcela worked as an Environmental and Quality Specialist and Expatriates Specialist at Telefónica between 2001 and 2006. Marcela holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Direction from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad del Valle de Mexico.
