•	Lucy Electric is an international leader in intelligent secondary power distribution products and solutions, with features such as remote operation and monitoring.
•	Lucy Controls comprises:
o	Lucy Zodion - an industry leader in advanced street lighting controls, power distribution and electric vehicle (EV) supply solutions.
o	Lawson Fuses - specialises in the design, development and manufacture of low-voltage, high-rupturing capacity (HRC) fuse links and fuse holders.
o	Flashnet - offers a portfolio of smart, connected street lighting and grid management systems.

Our real estate businesses support sustainable living through responsible property development and investment:

•	Lucy Properties is a property owner and lettings & management business within Oxfordshire.
•	Lucy Developments is a developer of high-end, sustainable homes in and around Oxfordshire.

 Lucy Groups posted record results for the year ending 31st December 2023. Turnover grew by 15% to £359m, while profit before tax increased by 69% to £59m. The Group employs 1,700 people across 5 continents and trades in over 60 different countries.
