Paul Brown

Paul Brown is a senior legal executive and trusted business partner with extensive experience in law department leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at LucyRx, they previously held several high-ranking positions at UL, including Vice President and Acting General Counsel. Brown has also been the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Kaufman Hall and served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. With a robust background in commercial and technology transactions, employment law, and corporate governance, they provide strategic advice to the C-Suite and Board across various industries. Brown holds a JD cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, as well as a BS in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an executive leadership certification from Yale University.
