Susan Thomas

Susan Thomas serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at LucyRx, a next-generation pharmacy benefit manager, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Senior Vice President of Growth and Retention at Elixir from November 2019 to February 2024. At UnitedHealth Group, Susan worked as Vice President and General Manager of Client Services and later as Vice President of the Health Plan Segment at OptumRx, overseeing significant revenues. Additionally, Susan was Vice President and General Manager at FutureScripts, managing account services for self-funded employer clients. Early in the career, Susan contributed to CVS Pharmacy's specialty pharmacy operation as Quality and Implementation Director. Susan holds a BS in Nursing and an MBA, both from the University of Virginia.
