Dave Leach

Dave Leach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in condition monitoring and maintenance. Currently serving as a Condition Monitoring Application Engineer at LUDECA, INC. since August 2021, Dave previously held the role of Global Precision Maintenance Leader at Novelis from April 2019 to July 2021 and served again at LUDECA, INC. from January 2013 to March 2019 in a similar capacity. Prior to these roles, Dave worked as a Regional Condition Monitoring Analyst at Allied Reliability, assisting Fortune 500 companies with technology implementation. Dave's career began at American Water as a Senior Maintenance Specialist, where expertise in vibration monitoring was developed, and prior to that, Dave served in the US Navy, specializing in the maintenance and operation of steam propulsion systems.
