LudensFlow is a platform for facilitators who want to consciously work on interaction, collaboration and active processing in the classroom. Learning begins where people connect with each other.

Our philosophy is simple: The facilitator doesn’t give knowledge. The facilitator facilitates the learning process. This requires a fundamentally different attitude — and different tools. A facilitator asks questions instead of giving answers; creates space instead of transferring content; designs situations where participants think for themselves, collaborate and arrive at understanding.

Skills for the Future
What participants will truly need later, you can’t learn from a book. Every activity in LudensFlow practises core professional skills through interaction, not in silence behind a screen:

- Listening: Being actively present to what another person says — not waiting for your own turn.
- Observing & noticing: Noticing what is at play in a group, a conversation or a situation.
- Gathering information: Asking targeted questions, filtering and summarising.
- Giving and receiving feedback: Responding constructively to others’ work.
- Asking the right questions: Curiosity as a skill — questions that open up.
- Formulating clear instructions: Knowing what you want and saying it so that another person can get to work.
- Reflecting on your own experience: Pausing to consider what happened and what you could do differently.

Made for everyone who guides learning processes:
- Facilitators (from starter to veteran): Tools ready for immediate use without hours of preparation.
- Facilitators in further and higher education: Structured forms of collaboration and activating methods.
- Trainers and facilitators: Intervision and reflection methods that truly give structure to the conversation.
- Team leaders and meeting facilitators: Activities that increase engagement and keep the flow going.
