Andy Bailey has over 35 years of work experience in the construction industry. Andy started their career as a Project Engineer at Kitchell Contractors, where they focused on document management, subcontract document management, and project cost accounting for Motorola projects in Arizona. Andy then worked as a Project Manager at Centerra Construction, where they served as the on-site owner representative for the First Citizens Bank office tower in Charlotte and as an assistant project manager for the Chesapeake City Hall project in Virginia. Bailey later worked as a Construction Engineer at McDonald's Corporation and as a Construction Manager at Lower Platte South NRD, overseeing various construction projects. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President at Lueder Construction, responsible for all field operations, project management, and strategic planning efforts.
Andy Bailey attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. Later, from 1997 to 1998, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanized Systems Management at the same university.
