Marta Baska

Marta Baska has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, having held various roles such as Talent Advisor, L&D Specialist, and HR Business Partner at organizations including Intel Corporation, Grid Dynamics, Northvolt, and Lufthansa Systems, where Marta currently serves as HR Business Partner for Digital Hangar. Prior to these positions, Marta was a Senior Learning & Development Advisor at PwC and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at HAYS Poland. Additionally, Marta has contributed to the education sector as a mentor for the project "NOW - professional challenges of the new generation." Marta's educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management from the Warsaw School of Economics, and accredited coaching training, complemented by an exchange program in Psychology at European University Cyprus.
