Anke Degel

Anke Degel is a seasoned professional in aviation operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations Steering at Lufthansa Airlines since October 2015. This role involves managing the Hub Operation Center in Munich and overseeing hub and turnaround operations. Previously, Anke held positions such as Head of Hub Control and Senior Manager of Aviation Security Risk Management, focusing on security across Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Anke's career began with a role as a Flight Attendant for Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
