Bernhard Hoffmann, LL.M., is the Head of Employment Conditions & HR Policies at LH Group and has previously held senior roles in corporate labor and social law. They started their career as a Legal Assistant at Linklaters in 2004 and later worked as a Juristischer Referendar at OLG Hamburg from 2005 to 2007. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Senior Manager for a Special Compliance Project at Lufthansa. Currently, Bernhard is pursuing an LL.M. at King's College London and has also undertaken studies for the Erstes Staatsexamen at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
