Calli Flothmann is a passionate moderator and experienced change management professional currently serving as a main spokesperson for Diversifly, the queer employee network at the Lufthansa Group. With extensive experience in event moderation and a background in international business, Calli brings energy, flexibility, and authenticity to every event, from corporate conferences to personal celebrations. Previously, they held various roles at Lufthansa, including Senior Manager for Airline Cooperations and Change & Communication. Calli’s educational achievements include a Master of Science in Air Transport Planning and Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Cologne Business School.
