Colin Touchin

Colin Touchin was a talented freelance conductor, composer, broadcaster, and adjudicator based in Hong Kong, Warsaw, and the UK. With extensive experience, Colin served as a guest conductor for Lufthansa and officially conducted ensembles for various organizations, including the Essex Chamber Orchestra and the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong. Colin also founded Spires Music to promote classical music in the Coventry area and held educational roles such as Director of Music at the University of Warwick and composer-in-residence at several institutions. Educated at the University of Oxford, Colin's passion for music permeated a career that spanned decades.
