Franziska Decker

Franziska Decker has extensive experience across various roles, starting as a Stewardess at Lufthansa since April 2017. In addition to her current position, Franziska worked as an Office Design Consultant at Höll from July 2023 to June 2024, aiding companies in creating modern and sustainable work environments. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Assistant at Trill Impact and MC Investments GmbH, and a volunteer experience at Shamwari Private Game Reserve. Franziska has also held student positions with Genussreisen, k4.design, and Bdecent GmbH. Educationally, Franziska is pursuing a Master of Arts in Business Administration and International Business Law at AKAD University, following a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Management from Hochschule Fresenius. Additionally, ongoing education in Service Management is being undertaken at the IHK Academy in Munich and Upper Bavaria.
