Jil Hammerschmidt is a seasoned professional in leadership, talent management, employer branding, and recruiting within the aviation industry, currently serving as Senior Director at Lufthansa since July 2023. With a robust background in innovation strategy, Jil has held significant roles at Deloitte, including Director and Co-Head of Innovation, where responsibilities included leading the restructuring of innovation units and launching impactful programs like the Gravity Challenge. Additionally, Jil has contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at Popakademie Baden-Württemberg and has gained diverse experience through positions in program development, creative content, and research across various organizations.
