Matthias Eck has extensive experience in the finance industry, having held various positions in esteemed organizations since 1989. Currently, Matthias serves in Corporate Finance at Lufthansa since July 2012. Prior to this role, Matthias was Vice President at Commerzbank AG from January 2007 to June 2012. Matthias also worked as AVP Asset Finance at Helaba between January 2001 and December 2006 and gained earlier experience in Export Trade Finance at HVB from January 1998 to December 2000. Matthias began a career in finance as part of the Private Clients team at HVB from August 1989 to March 1992. Matthias holds a Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre from Goethe University Frankfurt, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997.
