Melanie Will is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in controlling and cost management within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Central Controlling at Lufthansa since October 2021, Melanie previously held positions including Fachgebietsleiterin Controlling at LUFTHANSA (GERMAN AIRLINES) and Teamlead Group & Cost Controlling at Lufthansa Aviation Training GmbH. Melanie began her career at Lufthansa Flight Training GmbH as a Controllerin/betriebswirtschftliche Steuerung and has also worked as an IT-Berater TM1 at DB Systel GmbH. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2009.
