Miriam Maas is currently serving as an Aircraft System Engineer for Exterior Design at Lufthansa, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Miriam held the role of Manager for Aircraft Product Interior & Exterior at Discover from February 2022 to November 2023, and worked as a Flugbegleiter at Lufthansa from November 2015 to February 2022. Additionally, Miriam contributed to a Master's thesis on user acceptance and future prospects of sustainable materials in aircraft cabins during a tenure at Lufthansa Technik from November 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, from October 2018 to March 2019, Miriam interned in Innovation Management at Lufthansa Technik. Miriam holds a Master of Science degree in Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completed between 2017 and 2020.
