Paul Book currently serves as the Manager of Cabin Quality and Performance at Lufthansa, a role initiated in November 2023, where responsibilities include defining and monitoring KPIs, enhancing customer satisfaction scores, and developing performance dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. Previously, Paul held the position of Manager of Cabin Operations & Recruiting at Discover Airlines, overseeing cabin recruitment and team leadership. Additional experience spans various roles within both Lufthansa and Thomas Cook, including as a corporate student and service representative, gaining extensive expertise in operational management, customer service, and project implementation. Paul is pursuing a Master's degree in General Business Management at DHBW Center for Advanced Studies, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Tourism.
