Sandra Heuler

Sandra Heuler has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer and Employee Experience Cabin at Lufthansa since December 2007, following a role as Cabin Crew Manager. Prior to this, Sandra held the position of Abteilungsleiter Flight Safety and Crew Resource Management at Lufthansa CityLine, where responsibilities included organizing training for flying personnel. Additionally, Sandra worked as a lecturer in tourism at iba - Internationale Berufsakademie from 2010 to 2012, where relevant study content was developed and a simulation game was conducted. Sandra holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt in Business Administration from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 1999.
