Sandra Heuler has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer and Employee Experience Cabin at Lufthansa since December 2007, following a role as Cabin Crew Manager. Prior to this, Sandra held the position of Abteilungsleiter Flight Safety and Crew Resource Management at Lufthansa CityLine, where responsibilities included organizing training for flying personnel.
