Sigrid Bartram

Sigrid Bartram currently serves as Senior Project Lead for Digital Transformation at Lufthansa, focusing on the design and implementation of agile, cross-functional work concepts and fostering collaborative environments. Previously, Sigrid worked at LSG Group as Director of IT Transformation & Organizational Development, providing tailored solutions and coaching for organizational change, as well as Director of the Competence Center for Advanced Business Solutions, where responsibilities included team leadership and improving IT service efficiency. Earlier roles include Project Manager for Engine Life Cycle Services at Lufthansa Technik AG, and extensive experience as a Debt and Insolvency Counselor at AWO Arbeiterwohlfahrt and Caritas, providing psycho-social and legal support. Sigrid also has teaching experience as a General-language English Lecturer at the University of Göttingen. Educational qualifications include two Magistra Artium degrees from the University of Göttingen, specializing in Science of Education, Social Psychology, Cultural Anthropology, English Language and Literature, and Media and Communication.
