Steffen Illner is the Head of Pilot Selection at Interpersonal GmbH, a role held since 2009. Prior to this, Steffen worked at Condor Flugdienst GmbH as the Head of Pilot Selection and served as a Training Captain for the Airbus A320. Steffen also has experience as a Senior First Officer and Training Captain for various aircraft, including the Boeing B747 and Airbus A320, during a tenure at Lufthansa from 2002 to 2005. Steffen completed Ab-initio Flight Training at Lufthansa Flightschool between 1990 and 1992.
