Steven Joseph

Steven Joseph is an experienced aircraft loading supervisor currently at Lufthansa since October 2022, responsible for coordinating weight and balance documentation and supervising ramp functions, ensuring operational safety, and managing aircraft handling procedures. Prior to Lufthansa, Steven served as a terminal manager at AvAirPros, overseeing all shift activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additional experience includes roles as a ramp tower controller, home advisor at Apple, passenger service agent at ASIG, and a student volunteer at Travelers Aid International. Steven holds a degree in Computer Science and Informational Security from John Jay College, along with a high school regents diploma from New Hyde Park Memorial High School, and is currently pursuing further education at NYU School of Professional Studies.
